摘 要:勘察设计项目进度控制与勘察设计企业降本增效息息相关。本文通过理论研究、案例分析等方法,研究了网络计划技术在公路勘察设计项目进度控制中的应用。研究表明,相对于工期计划表格和横道图,网络计划可以清晰地表达工作之间的逻辑关系,通过关键线路和关键工作分析,可以制定有针对性的进度控制策略,为项目总体及专业负责人进行项目进度控制提供有力支撑。The schedule control of survey and design projects is closely related to the cost reduction and efficiency increase of survey and design enterprises.This paper investigated the application of network planning technique in schedule control of highway survey and design project,by means of theoretical research,case analysis and other methods.Research shows that with respect to schedule tables and Gantt charts,network planning technique can clearly express the logical relationship of works,a targeted schedule control strategy can be developed with the help of critical line and critical work analysis.It provides strong support for the overall and professional leaders of the project to control the project schedule.
