摘 要:随着井下作业技术水平的不断提升,综采效率得到了大幅提高,但矿山巷道掘进效率低,导致采掘失衡,影响了井下综采效率进一步提升。针对广西佛子冲铅锌矿井下巷道掘进爆破中炮眼利用率低,单次循环进尺少的问题,采用分段掏槽爆破的掏槽方式,利用水袋、炮泥等介质对掏槽孔内的炸药进行间隔,同时两段炸药各装一发雷管,并设置不同的起爆时间,实现同个掏槽孔微差起爆。通过在井下多个中段进行试验,证明了分段掏槽爆破可以提高井下巷道掘进的效率,同时为后期全面推广井下巷道快速掘进提供技术性参考。With the continuous improvement of underground operation technology,the comprehensive mining efficiency has been greatly improved.However,the low efficiency of mining roadway excavation has led to mining imbalance,which affects the further improvement of underground comprehensive mining efficiency.In response to the problem of low utilization rate of blast holes and insufficient single cycle footage in the excavation and blasting of underground tunnels in the Fozichong lead-zinc mine in Guangxi,a segmented cut blasting method is adopted,which uses media such as water bags and blast mud to interval the explosives in the cut holes.At the same time,two sections of explosives are equipped with one detonator tube each,and different detonation times are set to achieve micro differential detonation of the same cut hole.Through experiments conducted in multiple middle sections underground,it has been proven that segmented cutting blasting can improve the efficiency of underground tunnel excavation,and provide technical reference for the comprehensive promotion of rapid underground tunnel excavation in the later stage.
