摘  要:采用ICP-OES法测定了云南省干热河谷区罗望子不同器官中20种无机元素的含量,并对其进行了单因素方差分析、聚类分析、相关性分析及因子分析,研究了罗望子不同器官中20种无机元素的分布规律。结果表明,罗望子不同器官中富含Fe、Al、B、Cu、Mn、Zn、Mg、Ca、K、Na、P、S等无机元素,且含量之间具有显著差异。12种无机元素含量在不同器官中存在极大值和极小值,各元素含量之间存在显著或极显著的正(负)相关关系;12种无机元素将罗望子不同器官分为两大类,叶片和枝聚为第一类(Ⅰ类),籽、壳、果肉聚为第二类(Ⅱ类);B、Na、K元素是罗望子不同器官中的特征元素。综上,罗望子不同器官对不同元素传输、吸收具有一定的选择性,不同器官的无机元素之间存在相互作用。The contents of 20 inorganic elements in different organs of Tamarindus indica L.were determined by ICP-OES in Dry-hot Valley.The distribution of the 20 inorganic elements in different samples was analyzed by one-way ANOVA,cluster analysis,correlation analysis and factor analysis.The results showed that different organs of Tamarindus indica contained abundant inorganic elements such as Fe,Al,B,Cu,Mn,Zn,Mg,Ca,K,Na,P and S,and there were significant difference among the contents.There were maximum and minimum values for the content of 12 inorganic elements in different organs of Tamarindus indica,and there was a significant positive or negative correlation between the contents of elements.Different organs of Tamarindus indica can be divided into two categories by these 12 inorganic elements,Among them,leaves and branch clustered into the first group(Ⅰ),and seed,shell and pulp clustered into the second group(Ⅱ).B,Na and K were the characteristic elements of different organs of Tamarindus indica.In conclusion,The different organs of Tamarindus indica had a certain selectivity in transmission and absorption of different elements,and there were interactions between inorganic elements in different organs.
