摘 要:以花菖蒲红梅之熏为材料,研究了100、200、300 mg/L烯效唑(S_(3307)),200、500、800 mg/L多效唑(PP_(333)),100、200、300 mg/L吲哚乙酸(IAA)对花菖蒲生长及开花的影响,结果表明:3种植物生长调节剂各浓度处理均能有效降低花菖蒲的株高,其中,S_(3307)和PP_(333)对花菖蒲有较为明显的矮化作用,处理后的植株叶片缩短,SPAD值略有增加,但出现了无花现象,表现为中低浓度S_(3307)、低浓度PP_(333)处理的植株无法开花,而高浓度S_(3307)、中高浓度PP_(333)处理的植株正常开花,这可能与内源GA3含量的升高和IAA/ABA比值有关。IAA处理的花菖蒲均能开花,但花期出现一定的延后。综合考虑,300 mg/L S_(3307)对花菖蒲的处理效果最好,表现为株形矮小紧凑、叶色浓绿且能够正常开花,更适于盆栽种植。而300 mg/L IAA处理的株高也有所矮化,且花期延后,在盆栽花菖蒲株形优化和花期调控方面也具有一定的应用价值。The Iris ensata variety‘red plum smoke’was used as the material,and the effects of different concentrations of uniconazole“S_(3307)”(100,200 and 300 mg/L),paclobutrazol“PP_(333)”(200,500 and 800 mg/L),and IAA(100,200 and 300 mg/L)on the growth and flowering of Iris ensata were studied.The results showed that each concentration of the three plant growth hormones could effectively reduce the plant height of Iris ensata.S_(3307)and PP_(333)had an obvious dwarfing effect on Iris ensata.After treatment,the leaves were shortened,and the SPAD value was slightly increased.However,Iris ensata treated with S_(3307)and PP_(333)showed no flowering,which showed that the plants could not flower under the treatment of medium and low concentrations of S_(3307)and low concentrations of PP_(333),while the plants could flower normally under the treatment of high concentrations of S_(3307)and medium and high concentrations of PP_(333),which may be related to the increase of endogenous GA3 content and the ratio of IAA/ABA.Under IAA treatment,Iris ensata could flower,but the flowering period was delayed to some extent.After comprehensive consideration,300 mg/L S_(3307)had the best treatment effect on Iris ensata.After treatment,the plants were short and compact.The leaves were dark green,and the plants could flower normally,which was more suitable for pot planting.With 300 mg/L IAA treatment,the plant height of Iris ensata was reduced,and the flowering time was delayed,which also had a certain application value in the optimization of plant type and the regulation of flowering time.
