摘 要:以62份大蒜种质资源为材料,经数据一致性检验后剔除了11份无鳞茎数据的材料,对51份大蒜材料的13个农艺性状作变异性分析、相关性分析和主成分层次聚类分析,并进行综合评价。结果表明,参试的大蒜种质资源农艺性状的变异系数为12.42%~52.39%,大蒜类型较丰富,亲缘关系较远,适合作为种质创新的亲本材料。相关性分析显示,13个农艺性状间存在彼此促进或抑制的内在关系,可作为大蒜种质资源综合评价的关键信息;主成分层次聚类分析显示,在遗传距离为7.5时可将51份大蒜分为4个类群,提取每个类群的典型特征和代表品种,得出类群Ⅰ有19份大蒜,类群Ⅱ有15份大蒜,均属低产类种质,其代表品种分别有S051、S026、S031、S041、S021和S036、S059、S022、S017、S038;类群Ⅲ有5份大蒜,属蒜苗生产类种质,典型品种有S035、S062、S039、S032、S045;类群Ⅳ有12份大蒜,属蒜头生产类种质,典型品种有S020、S025、S044、S004、S002。Using 62 garlic germplasm resources as materials,11 garlic resources that bulb free data were excluded by data consistency test,and 13 agronomic traits of 51 garlic materials were comprehensively evaluated by diversity analysis,correlation analysis and principal component hierarchical cluster analysis.The result showed that 51 garlic resources had rich types and distant relatives,with 12.42%~52.39%of the variation range of phenotypic traits,which fit as breeding parent materials for germplasm innovation.Correlation analysis shows that there was an intrinsic relationship between 13 traits that promoted or suppressed each other,which played amajor role of the comprehensive evaluation of Allium sativum germplasm resources.HCPC analysis showed that 51 garlic resources were classified as 4 clusters when the genetic distance was 7.5,and the typical characteristics and representative varieties of each group were extracted.Cluster I had 19 garlic,and clusterⅡhad 15garlic,which regarded as low-yield resources.Representative varieties were S051,S026,S031,S041,S021 and S036,S059,S022,S017,S038.ClusterⅢhad 5 garlic,which regarded as garlic sprouts production resources,and representative varieties were S035,S062,S039,S032 and S045.ClusterⅣhad 12 garlic,which regarded as garlic head production resources,and representative varieties were S020,S025,S044,S004 and S002.
