乡村振兴背景下农村非农经济对农地撂荒的影响研究——来自中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)的经验证据

摘　　要：在理论分析的基础上,应用2018年中国劳动力动态调查数据(CLDS),实证研究了乡村振兴背景下农村非农经济对农地撂荒的影响。结果表明:农村非农经济的发展抑制了农地撂荒,该结论在一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;相较于一般的农村非农经济,非农集体经济在抑制农地撂荒中扮演着更为重要的角色;农村社会资本强化了农村非农经济对农地撂荒的抑制效应;农村非农经济发展对农地撂荒的抑制效应在东部地区更强。因此,需要协调发展农村非农经济尤其是非农集体经济,丰富农村社会资本,从而提高农地的利用效率,进而保障国家粮食安全以及实现乡村全面振兴。On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper empirically studied the impact of rural non-agricultural economy on farmland abandonment under the background of rural revitalization based on the data of CLDS in 2018.The results show that the development of rural non-agricultural economy restrains the abandonment of farmland.This conclusion still holds after a series of robustness tests.Compared to the general rural non-agricultural economy,the non-agricultural collective economy plays a more important role in suppressing agricultural land abandonment.Rural social capital has strengthened the inhibitory effect of rural non-agricultural economy on agricultural land abandonment.The inhibitory effect of rural non-agricultural economic development on agricultural land abandonment is stronger in the eastern region.Therefore,it is necessary to coordinate the development of rural non-agricultural economy,especially the non-agricultural collective economy,and enrich rural social capital,so as to improve the efficiency of agricultural land utilization,ensure national food security and achieve comprehensive rural revitalization.
