摘　　要：苏式公共建筑空间以其特殊时代背景与独有的公共性,具有重要的保护与传承价值。该文通过文献整理与实地调研,总结归纳兰州苏式公共建筑空间的多元价值——本体价值、使用价值、环境价值、历史价值、文化价值五个维度,后运用Delphi、AHP等方法构建相关价值评价体系。并在此基础上以兰州饭店为典型展开多维度价值评价,继而针对性提出兰州饭店"因地制宜"的保护发展策略,以期为其他苏式公共建筑空间的保护利用提供理论参考与实践借鉴。The Soviet-style public building spaces,with their special era background and unique publicity,have important preserving and inheriting values.Through literature sorting and field researching,we summarize five dimensions of Soviet-style public building spaces in Lanzhou:ontology value,using value,environmental value,historical value and cultural value,and then use Delphi,AHP and other methods to construct the relevant value evaluation index system.On this basis,Lanzhou Hotel is used as a typical model to carry out multidimensional value evaluation,and then the protection and development strategy of"adapting measures to local conditions"is put forward,in order to provide theoretical and practical references for the protection and utilization of other Soviet-style public building spaces.
