档案部门赋能生态文明建设的角色定位与实现路径

摘　　要：2012年以来,“大力推进生态文明建设”正式成为中国特色社会主义事业的重要战略决策。本文借助文献、案例和网络调查,认为档案部门具备赋能生态文明建设的条件和能力,并从自身建设完善与生态档案对外开发两方面总结档案部门赋能生态文明建设的角色定位,以此为基础从对内建设和对外赋能两方面提出赋能实现路径。Since 2012,ecological civilization construction has officially become an important strategic decision of the cause of socialisim with Chinese characteristics.Based on literature re-view,cases and network investigation,this paper draws an conclusion that the archives depart-ments have the conditions and capabilities to em-power the construction of ecological civilization,and summarizes the role orientation of the ar-chives departments in empowering the construc-tion of ecological civilization in terms of self-con-struction and external development of ecological archives.On this basis,it puts forwards the real-ization path of empowerment from the aspects of internal construction and external empowerment.
