摘　　要：京津冀三地山水相连,文化相通,京津冀非物质文化遗产档案资源整合是京津冀协同发展和国家文化数字化战略的应有之义。通过SWOT法全面分析京津冀非遗档案资源整合工作中的优势、劣势、机会和威胁,并提出增强京津冀一体化认同感、充分运用数字技术、加强人才队伍建设、提高非遗数字化覆盖面、建立统一的格式和标准、多元主体共建非遗档案数据资源、完善非遗数据库建设、建立非遗档案共享和交流平台等策略,旨在通过京津冀非遗档案资源整合进一步提升非遗保护与传承质量。Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei province are connected by mountains,rivers and cultures.The integration of intangible cultural heritage ar-chival resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei re-gion is the necessary requirement of the coordi-nated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the national cultural digitization strate-gy.By utilizing SWOT method to analyze the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the integration of intangible cultural heritage ar-chival resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei re-gion,it is proposed to enhance the integrated identity of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,make full use of digital technology,strengthen the construction of talent team,improve the digi-tal coverage of intangible cultural heritage,estab-lish a unified format and standard,collaborationg multiple subjects to build intangible cultural heri-tage archival resources,improve the construc-tion of intangible cultural heritage database,and establish a platform for sharing and communica-tion of intangible cultural heritage records.It aims to enhance protection and inheritance of in-tangible cultural heritage by integration of intan-gible cultural heritage archival resources in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
