摘　　要：画像砖是秦汉时期的一种建筑装饰构件,装饰与画像石类似,其材质是用泥土作为原材料,用手工成型和带图案的木模压印成型两种方式,部分图像用利器刻画而成或用矿物质颜料绘制,然后经火低温烧制。画像砖本质上和陶瓷是相同的,材质都是泥土,两者存在着众多相同之处。画像砖不仅是艺术作品,也是记录当时社会生产、生活的实物资料,是我国重要的史学研究资料,同时画像砖对我国后世的绘画艺术、陶瓷装饰艺术、工艺美术等产生重大影响。Portrait brick is a kind of architectural decoration component in the Qin and Han Dynasties.The decoration is similar to portrait stone.Its material is made of soil as raw material,and is formed by hand molding or imprinting with patterned wooden molds.Some images are carved with sharp tools.Or painted with mineral pigments and then fi red at low temperature.Portrait bricks are essentially the same as ceramics.They are both made of clay.There are many similarities between the two.Portrait bricks are not only works of art,but also physical materials that record social production and life at that time.They are important historical research materials in our country.At the same time,they have a signifi cant impact on the painting art,ceramic decorative art,and ar ts and crafts of later generations in our country.
