摘　　要：目的分析视网膜手术后卧位时间及影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法选取某三级甲等眼科医院2022年10月至2023年2月112例视网膜手术患者作为研究对象,监测手术后24小时内的卧位时间,分析视网膜手术后卧位时间的影响因素。结果患者平均卧位时间为18.1小时,夜间的卧位时间少于白天,而24:00-6:00时间段的卧位时间最少。多因素线性回归结果显示年龄大于70岁、俯卧位、颈部不适、胸闷、疼痛评分4~6分是影响术后卧位时间的危险因素。结论年龄大、疼痛评分高、俯卧位、颈部不适和胸闷是患者俯卧时间减少的主要因素,应重点针对这些因素,结合患者实际开展改进工作。Objective To analyze the decubitus time and its influencing factors after retinal surgery.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 112 patients with retinal surgery from October 2022 to February 2023 in a tertiary eye hospital as the research objects.The decubitus time within 24 hours after surgery was monitored,and the influencing factors of decubitus time after retinal surgery were analyzed.Results The average decubitus time of patients was 18.1 hours,the decubitus time at night was less than that during the day,and the decubitus time was the least during the period of 24:00-6:00.Multivariate linear regression results showed that age over 70 years old,prone position,neck discomfort,chest tightness,and 4~6 pain score were the risk factors affecting postoperative decubitus time.Conclusion Old age,high pain score,prone position,neck discomfort and chest tightness are the main factors that reduce the decubitus time of patients.We should focus on these factors and carry out improvement work in combination with the actual situation of patients.
