摘　　要：为了提高手术运营管理的时效性和精细化,医院建立了手术编码与分级手术综合统计系统,将病案首页手术编码提前至手术完成后24小时内完成,同时将三种不同的手术分级标准内置在系统中,实现不同口径下手术分级例数的实时统计。系统的建立提高了手术运营管理的时效性,便于及时优化医院管理策略,实现医院运营效益最大化,为管理部门统筹学科发展,及时配置各类资源提供了有力支持。In order to improve the timeliness and refinement of surgical operation management,the hospital established a comprehensive statistics system of surgical coding and surgery grading.The surgical coding on the front page of medical records could be completed within 24 hours after the completion of the operation.At the same time,three different surgical grading standards were built into the system to realize real-time statistics of the number of surgical grading cases under different classification.The establishment of the system improved the timeliness of surgical operation management,facilitated the timely optimization of hospital management strategies,maximized the operation efficiency of the hospital,and provided strong support for the management department to coordinate the development of disciplines and timely allocation of various resources.
