摘 要:为进一步加强手术管理,规范手术行为,提升手术管理的科学化、精细化、标准化水平,促进医院手术服务高质量发展。本文以浙江省人民医院为例,针对当前我国医院手术管理普遍存在的痛点难点,如围手术期质量安全水平有待进一步提高、高精尖手术发展存在不充分、不均衡现象、手术闭环管理未有效形成等,浙江省人民医院基于手术质量安全与手术医疗技术两个核心,完善手术管理组织架构,提质增效促进技术发展,多措并举加强质量安全管理,构建精益化手术管理体系并取得了良好效果,以期为全国范围内的手术管理提供参考借鉴。To further strengthen surgery management,standardize surgical behavior,improve the scientific,refined and standardized level of surgery management,and promote the high-quality development of hospital surgery services.Aiming at the common problems and difficulties in the current hospital surgery management in China,such as the quality and safety of perioperative period needs to be further improved,the development of high-precision surgery is insufficient and unbalanced,and the surgical closed-loop management has not been effectively formed,this paper takes Zhejiang People's Hospital as an example.Based on the two cores of surgery quality and safety and surgical medical technology,Zhejiang People's Hospital has improved its organizational structure of surgery management,improved the quality and efficiency to promote the development of technology,strengthened the quality and safety management by multiple measures,and built a lean surgery management system,which has achieved good results.It is expected to provide reference for surgery management nationwide.
