摘　　要：目的通过编制经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后患者标准化护理随访清单,制定规范和科学的护理随访内容,提高患者自我管理意识,改善疾病预后,节约医疗资源。方法通过文献查阅法编制随访清单初稿,采用德尔菲法对16名专家进行两轮专家函询,最终形成PCI术后患者标准化护理随访清单终稿。结果两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.897,第二轮专家函询中,Kendall协调系数分别为0.250、0.116、0.135(p﹤0.05)。最终形成的PCI术后患者标准化护理随访清单包括3项一级指标(疾病评估、二级预防评估、自我管理状况评估)、11项二级指标以及34项三级指标。结论本研究通过德尔菲法编制的PCI术后患者标准化护理随访清单具有系统性、科学性和实用性的特点,对今后更加系统、细致的开展随访护理具有一定的指导意义。Objective To develop standardized and scientific nursing follow-up contents,improve patients'self-management awareness and disease prognosis and save medical resources by compiling the standardized nursing follow-up list of patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods The first draft of the follow-up list was compiled by literature review.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation with 16 experts,and the final draft of the standardized nursing follow-up list for patients after PCI was finally formed.Results The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert letter consultation was 100%,and the expert authority coefficient was 0.897.In the second round of expert letter consultation,Kendall coordination coefficients were 0.250,0.116 and 0.135 respectively(p<0.05).The final standardized nursing follow-up list for patients after PCI included 3 first-level indicators(disease assessment,secondary prevention assessment,self-management status assessment),11 second-level indicators and 34 third-level indicators.Conclusion The standardized nursing follow-up list of patients after PCI compiled by Delphi method in this study is systematic,scientific and practical,and has certain guiding significance for more systematic and detailed follow-up nursing in the future.
