摘 要:为提高金精矿资源利用效能,优化金精矿金属元素回收流程,降低尾矿对环境的污染,开展金精矿中回收金银铜铅锌的试验研究。首先分析了当前金精矿回收技术中存在的问题以及现状,重点从能耗、成本、可操作性、环保性能等方面,对比了常见的几种金精矿中回收金银铜铅锌的方法的优劣势,并提出了一种金精矿金属元素梯级分离收回试验方案。该方案分步骤开展预浮选、碱浸氰化提金、低硫尾矿湿法浸出金银、选铅锌矿、焙烧制酸富集金银铁生产铁精矿、铁精矿湿法浸出金银等作业,可实现最高程度的金银铜铅锌回收,且工艺流程污染较小,作业流程不复杂。In order to improve the utilization efficiency of gold concentrate resources,optimize the metal element recovery process of gold concentrate,and reduce the environmental pollution caused by tailings,experimental research on the recovery of gold,silver,copper,lead,and zinc from gold concentrate was carried out.Firstly,the existing problems and current status of current gold concentrate recovery technologies are analyzed,and the advantages and disadvantages of several common methods for recovering gold,silver,copper,lead,and zinc from gold concentrates are compared in terms of energy consumption,cost,operability,and environmental performance.A test scheme for the stepwise separation and recovery of metal elements from gold concentrates is proposed.This plan involves carrying out operations such as pre flotation,alkali leaching,cyanidation and gold extraction,wet leaching of gold and silver from low sulfur tailings,separation of lead and zinc ores,roasting to enrich gold,silver,and iron to produce iron concentrates,and wet leaching of gold and silver from iron concentrates.It can achieve the highest degree of recovery of gold,silver,copper,lead,and zinc,and the process has less pollution and is not complex.
