摘 要:通过简化模型,计算了四连杆式结晶器振动装置及结晶器的仿弧误差,分析了四连杆不同结构尺寸和布置情况下的结晶器仿弧误差,结果表明:四连杆机构在铸机内、外弧布置时,仿弧误差有较明显区别。当铸机外弧附近布置的四连杆机构靠近铸机圆心时,四连杆振动装置的仿弧精度提高。四连杆机构上下连杆长度对振动装置的仿弧精度有较明显的影响,合理范围内上下连杆越长,仿弧精度越高。According to the simplified model of the mould oscillation device,the errors,in different situations of the size and arrangement of the four-connecting rod mechanism,were calculated and analyzed in this paper.The results show that there are obvious differences between the four-connecting rod mechanism arranged on the inner side and outer side of the arc of the continuous casting machine(CCM).When the four-connecting rod mechanism is much closer to the center of the CCM,the imitation arc accuracy of the mould oscillation device is much higher.The size of rods affects the imitation arc accuracy obviously.Within a reasonable range,the longer the upper and lower rods,the higher the imitation arc accuracy.
