摘  要:针对高碳泥化难选脆硫锑铅矿回收率低的问题,开展了脆硫锑铅矿表面脱药、碳铅分离、脆硫锑铅矿与其它矿物分离、脆硫锑铅矿矿泥分离等一系列研究。研究结果表明,加酸加水再浓缩能够有效脱除残留药剂,防止对后续浮选的影响;预先磁选可有效减少铁对铅锑精矿质量的影响;添加少量起泡剂可脱除部分碳,减少对铅锑浮选的干扰;添加分散剂与组合捕收剂可实现铅泥有效分离;采用组合抑制剂与组合捕收剂可有效抑制其它硫化矿而浮选铅锑。该工艺在工业生产中得到了验证和应用。In response to the problem of low recovery rate of difficult to select brittle sulfur antimony lead ore in high carbon sliming,a series of studies have been conducted on the surface of brittle sulfur antimony lead ore for drug removal,carbon lead separation,separation of brittle sulfur antimony lead ore from other minerals,and separation of brittle sulfur antimony lead ore slurry.The research results show that adding acid and water for concentration can effectively remove residual reagents and prevent their impact on subsequent flotation;Pre magnetic separation can effectively reduce the influence of iron on the quality of lead antimony concentrate;Adding a small amount of foaming agent can remove some carbon and reduce interference with lead antimony flotation;Adding dispersants and combination collectors can achieve effective separation of lead sludge;The use of combination inhibitors and combination collectors can effectively inhibit the flotation of lead antimony from other sulfide ores.This process has been validated and applied in industrial production.
