摘 要:车辆段上盖大底盘多塔全框支剪力墙高层结构是一种特殊的结构体系类型,针对其抗震性能薄弱情况,文章以佛山某地铁车辆段上盖开发项目为例,采取了提高关键构件抗震性能水准等措施,进行了抗震性能分析,分析结果表明,盖下框支框架晚于盖上结构屈服,大底盘与塔楼耦合效应明显,经加强后,结构体系具有良好的屈服机制和充分的延性,整体结构能满足抗震性能要求。The multi-tower full frame-supported shear wall high-rise structure with large chassis on the cover of the vehicle depot is a special type of structural system.In view of its weak seismic performance,this paper takes the cover development project of a subway depot in Foshan as an example,and takes measures such as improving the seismic performance level of key components to conduct seismic performance analysis.The analysis results show that the frame-supported frame under the cover yields later than the structure on the cover,and the coupling effect between the large chassis and the tower is obvious.After strengthening,the structural system has good yield mechanism and sufficient ductility,and the overall structure can meet the seismic performance requirements.
