摘 要:某钢铁厂为实现粉尘超低排放改造,需要在屋顶增加除尘管道,文章以该项目为例,介绍了炼钢厂房屋顶大直径除尘管道吊装、平移方法以及安装过程中安全措施的设置方法。该方法结合了炼钢厂房屋顶的特点,因地制宜,具有实施难度低、安全可靠的优点,在无须拆除炼钢厂房屋面的前提下,完成了大直径除尘管道的安装,基本解决了炼钢厂房屋顶大直径除尘管道的安装难题。In order to realize the ultra-low dust emission transformation in a steel plant,it is necessary to add dust removal pipeline on the roof.Taking this project as an example,this paper introduces the hoisting and translation methods of large-diameter dust removal pipeline on the roof of a steelmaking plant and the setting method of safety measures in the installation process.This method combines the characteristics of the roof of the steelmaking plant,adapts to local conditions,and has the advantages of low implementation difficulty,safety and reliability.It completes the installation of large-diameter dust removal pipelines without removing the roof of the steelmaking plant,which basically solves the installation problem of large-diameter dust removal pipelines on the roof of the steelmaking plant.
