施工场地受限情况下的钢栈桥应用探讨——以某TOD项目为例

摘　　要：以公共交通为导向的开发(TOD)项目体现了未来城市建设土地一体化开发的重要方向,正进入蓬勃发展阶段,现阶段,大量地铁上盖物业开发项目不断涌现,但在其施工过程中,场地常受限于地铁施工界面,文章针对TOD项目车库及主体结构施工阶段常见的纵向交通组织难点,探讨了在施工场地受限情况下的钢栈桥应用。从项目特点出发,论述了钢栈桥总体工艺流程和施工方法,并分析了钢栈桥的应用亮点和应用效果,旨在为类似工程提供借鉴。Transit Oriented Development(TOD)project reflects the important direction of future urban construction land integration development,and is entering the stage of vigorous development.At present,a large number of subway cover property development projects are emerging,but in the construction process,the site is often restricted by the subway construction interface.In view of the common longitudinal traffic organization difficulties in the construction stage of garage and main structure of TOD project,this paper discusses the application of steel trestle under the condition of restricted construction site.Starting from the characteristics of the project,it discusses the overall process flow and construction methods of the steel trestle,and analyzes the application highlights and effects of the steel trestle,aiming to provide reference for similar engineering.
