压力注浆技术在处理房心回填土塌陷问题中的应用研究

摘　　要：在建筑工程施工中,由于天气变化、回填土质量不稳定以及施工工艺不当等原因,常常会在后期出现房心回填土塌陷问题。为解决这一问题,文章提出了一种注浆加固方法,该方法通过在回填土中注入特定的材料或混凝土浆液,可提高土壤的稳定性、密实度和承载能力,并可以缩短工期,有效降低施工时间,提高工程施工效率。采用注浆加固的方法对于处理房心回填土塌陷问题具有重要的应用价值,文章研究了压力注浆技术具体的施工方案设计及施工工艺,并提出了施工难点及应对措施,旨在为相关人员提供参考。In the construction of building engineering,due to weather changes,unstable backfill soil quality and improper construction technology,the problem of atrium filling collapse often occurs in the later stage.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a grouting reinforcement method.This method can improve the stability,compactness and bearing capacity of the soil by injecting specific materials or concrete slurry into the backfill soil,and can shorten the construction period,effectively reduce the construction time and improve the construction efficiency.The use of grouting reinforcement method has important application value for atrium filling collapse treatment.This paper studies the specific construction scheme design and construction technology of pressure grouting technology,and puts forward the construction difficulties and countermeasures,aiming to provide reference for relevant personnel.
