摘  要:由于传统工艺中单双线箱梁架设设备不能同时施工,需要在双线箱梁全部架设完成后,单线箱梁架梁设备才能拼装上桥安装,这导致工期不可控,同时费用较高。为确保节点工期,针对上述问题,文章以某高架站特大桥为例,提出了通过对KSC900运梁车进行改造,并对TLJ900架桥机吊具进行改造,达到同时满足900 t双线箱梁和500 t单线箱梁吊装需求的方案。该架设方案结构检算合理,能满足运输、架设单双线箱梁的安全和质量要求,案例工程单双线箱梁的成功架设攻克了单双线箱梁不能共同架设的难题,可为类似工程提供宝贵的架设经验。Due to the inability of traditional single and double line box girder erection equipment for construction simultaneously,it is necessary to assemble and install the single line box girder erection equipment on the bridge after all double line box girders are erected,which leads to the uncontrollable construction period and high cost.In order to ensure the construction period of the node,in view of the above problems,this paper takes an elevated station super-large bridge as an example,and puts forward a scheme to meet the hoisting needs of both 900 t double line box girder and 500 t single line box girder at the same time by transforming the KSC900 girder transport vehicle and transforming the sling of TLJ900 bridge erecting machine.The structure calculation of the erection scheme is reasonable,which can meet the safety and quality requirements of transportation and erection of single and double line box girders.The successful erection of single and double line box girders in the case project overcomes the problem that single and double line box girders can not be erected together,which can provide valuable erection experience for similar projects.
