摘　　要：文章深入探讨了我国工程总承包项目计价的应用现状、面临的问题和挑战及相关问题的解决措施。首先介绍了工程总承包的概念、特点、优势和发展现状,然后分析了我国工程总承包项目计价所处的发展阶段及存在的问题,最后针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施,如明确发包人要求的内容和作用、加强对发包人要求的前期论证和描述等,以供参考。This paper explores the application status,problems and challenges of Engineering Procurement Construction project pricing in China and the solutions to related problems.Firstly,the concept,characteristics,advantages and development status of Engineering Procurement Construction are introduced.Then,the development stage and existing problems of Engineering Procurement Construction project pricing in China are analyzed.Finally,corresponding solutions are put forward for these problems,such as clarifying the content and function of the employer's requirements and strengthening the preliminary demonstration and description of the employer's requirements for reference.
