摘　　要：建筑工程施工阶段的质量控制是整个工程项目的关键环节,建筑工程质量的好坏不仅与人们的人身安全与财产安全、工程的经济性与适用性密切相关,同时还能体现企业的再生产效益。文章以南宁市盛科城二期工程B1栋为例,分析了施工质量管理方式,研究了机具设备及材料质量控制、施工工艺控制等施工现场质量控制措施,旨在为类似建筑工程提供一定的借鉴和参考。The quality control of building engineering in the construction stage is the key link of the whole engineering project.The quality of the building engineering is not only closely related to people's personal safety and property safety,the economy and applicability of the engineering,but also reflects the reproduction benefit of the enterprise.Taking Building B1 of Shengkecheng Phase II Project in Nanning City as an example,this paper analyzes the construction quality management mode,and studies the construction site quality control measures such as machine,equipment and material quality control and construction technology control,aiming to provide some reference for similar building engineering.
