摘　　要：岩土工程是土木工程中的重要环节,能够有效处理地基基础和边坡等区域中存在的问题。文章以某喀斯特地区房屋建筑工程为例,重点分析了应用于建筑岩土工程的勘察技术,详细总结了勘察布置要求以及工程所处地区的地质条件等信息,提供了可靠的资料支持,梳理了该工程的地基基础方案,重点强调了桩型选择与施工要点,旨在为保障工程质量提供有效的方案。Geotechnical engineering is an important part of civil engineering,which can effectively deal with problems existing in areas such as foundation and slope.Taking a housing construction project in karst areas as an example,this paper focuses on the analysis of the investigation technology applied to building geotechnical engineering,summarizes in detail the requirements of investigation layout and the geological conditions of the project location,providing reliable data support,combing foundation scheme of the project,and emphasizing the selection of pile type and construction points,aiming to provide an effective scheme for ensuring the quality of the project.
