摘 要:为探索水利水电工程施工中大直径钢顶管顶力控制思路,文章以江门市西江潭江流域跨界重点支流综合治理工程(一期)蓬江项目区马梪泵站为例,对包括工作井及接受井、顶管施工等在内的施工方案展开设计,并计算顶管顶进力,将计算值与实测值进行比较,最后从主千斤顶顶力数值采集、顶管顶力变化趋势分析、迎面阻力控制、触变泥浆润滑套质量控制等方面分析了顶力控制措施。分析结果可为类似工程顶管顶力控制提供参考。In order to explore the idea of jacking force control of large-diameter steel jacking pipe in water conservancy and hydropower engineering construction,this paper takes Madou pump station in Pengjiang project area of crossborder key tributary comprehensive treatment engineering(phase I)in Xijiang and Tanjiang Basin in Jiangmen City as an example.The construction scheme including working well,receiving well and pipe jacking construction is designed,and the jacking force of jacking pipe is calculated.The calculated value is compared with the measured value.Finally,the jacking force control measures are analyzed from the aspects of main hydraulic jack jacking force numerical acquisition,jacking force change trend analysis,head-on resistance control and thixotropic mud lubrication sleeve quality control.The analysis results can provide reference for pipe jacking force control in similar engineering.
