摘 要:文章通过试验研究与工程实践相结合的方式,研究了双层环氧沥青混凝土的层间处理方式,提出了优选的层间处理方法,并在实际工程中进行了应用。试验结果显示,1~2mm碎石撒布对层间剪切强度的影响显著,但对拉拔强度影响不大。工程应用也证实了碎石撒布法在提高剪切强度方面的优越性,但须严格控制含泥量和灰分,以免性能下降。文章还提供了针对环氧沥青混凝土层间处理的有效方法,有助于提高类似铺装结构的整体性能,未来研究需要进一步优化粒径和控制质量,以平衡施工成本和性能。Through the combination of test research and engineering practice,this paper studies the interlayer treatment methods for double-layer epoxy asphalt concrete,puts forward the preferred interlayer treatment method,and applies it in practical engineering.The test results show that 1-2 mm gravel spreading has a significant effect on the interlayer shear strength,but has little effect on the tensile strength.The engineering application has also confirmed the superiority of the gravel spreading method in improving the shear strength,but the mud content and ash content must be strictly controlled to avoid performance degradation.It also provides effective methods for interlayer treatment of epoxy asphalt concrete,which helps to improve the overall performance of similar paving structures.Future research needs to further optimize particle size and control quality to balance construction costs and performance.
