摘  要:当前,国家新出台了输变电工程建设全面推进机械化施工意见。为进一步保障国家电网的建设质量,提升电网工程建设效率,应转变原有的机械化施工方式,运用小型座地摇臂抱杆机械化组塔施工法。文章以浙江地区在35~110kV线路的工程组塔施工为例,全面分析了传统施工方法,总结当前传统施工方法在小型组塔施工方面存在的困难,探讨小型座地摇臂抱杆机械化组塔工法的使用优势,并以浙江嘉兴平北(花园)作为案例,进行小型座地摇臂抱杆机械化组塔工法使用效果的全面研究,旨在持续优化小型座地摇臂抱杆机械化组塔工法的运用。Currently,the state has issued new opinions on comprehensively promoting mechanized construction in power transmission and transformation engineering construction.In order to further ensure the construction quality of the national power grid and improve the construction efficiency of the power grid engineering,the original mechanized construction method should be changed,and the mechanized tower assembly construction method of small seat rocker arm derrick should be used.Taking the tower assembly construction of 35-110 kV lines in Zhejiang region as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the traditional construction methods,summarizes the difficulties existing in the current small tower assembly construction by traditional construction methods,and discusses the advantages of the mechanized tower assembly construction method of small seat rocker arm derrick.Taking Pingbei(Garden)in Jiaxing,Zhejiang Province as an example,a comprehensive study on the effect of the mechanized tower assembly construction method of small seat rocker arm derrick is carried out,aiming at continuously optimizing the application of the mechanized tower assembly construction method of small seat rocker arm derrick.
