摘 要:传统模式下的斗轮堆取料机俯仰液压系统在运行过程中暴露了一定的问题,运行可靠性和稳定性表现较差,使用寿命周期较短,为此,有必要优化堆取料机液压系统功能,缩减设备运行维护工作量,降低成本,提升设备运行效率。文章针对传统斗轮堆取料机俯仰液压系统存在的问题,分析了可能的原因,并提出了俯仰液压系统的优化设计方案,有效减少设备运行维护工作量,提高设备的可靠性和使用率。The pitching hydraulic system of bucket wheel stacker-reclaimer in the traditional mode has exposed some problems in the operation process.The operation reliability and stability are poor,and the service life cycle is short.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the function of the hydraulic system of the stacker-reclaimer,reduce the operation and maintenance workload of the equipment,reduce the cost and improve the equipment operation efficiency.Aiming at the problems existing in the pitching hydraulic system of the traditional bucket wheel stackerreclaimer,this paper analyzes the possible reasons,and puts forward the optimized design scheme of the pitching hydraulic system,which effectively reduces the workload of equipment operation and maintenance,and improves the reliability and utilization rate of the equipment.
