摘 要:文章针对定子铁芯长度与直径比值大的微型单相异步电动机细长孔定子嵌线生产无法采用传统手工嵌线方法的难题,设计了一种嵌线工具,该工具采用沿定子铁芯内孔轴向方向嵌线的工艺方法,提高了嵌线工序的生产效率,保证了定子绕组的对地耐压和匝间耐压符合质量标准。首先介绍了微型单相异步电动机的组成及定子组件样式和单相异步电动机传统手工嵌线方法,然后提出了管状电机概念的由来及通用型号,最后就管状电机细长孔定子嵌线工艺展开了详细的分析。Aiming at the difficulty that the traditional manual wire embedding method can not be used in the production of slender hole stator wire embedding of micro single-phase asynchronous motor with large ratio of stator core length to diameter,a kind of wire embedding tool is designed.The tool adopts the process method of embedding wire along the axial direction of stator core inner hole,which improves the production efficiency of wire embedding process and ensures that the ground withstand voltage and interturn voltage of stator winding meet the quality standard.Firstly,the composition and stator component style of micro singlephase asynchronous motor and the traditional manual wire embedding method of single-phase asynchronous motor are introduced.Then,the origin of the tubular motor concept and its general model are put forward.Finally,the process of slender hole stator wire embedding of tubular motor is analyzed in detail.
