摘　　要：在危险环境中智能监控电能,需要构建在线监测系统。为了提高在线监测系统的安全、稳定性,文章针对ZDT7电子式电力仪表,利用RS458通信接口和WinCC组态软件设计了一套电能在线监测系统。该系统采用串联的工作方式,通过Mod-Bus-RTU网关设置实现数据传输的实时校验,利用WinCC上位机报表对电量数据进行统计分析。电能在线监测系统为实现科学决策、优化企业管理、合理利用能源提供了必要条件。Intelligent monitoring of electric energy in dangerous environments requires the construction of an online monitoring system.In order to improve the safety and stability of the on-line monitoring system,this paper designs a set of electric energy on-line monitoring system for ZDT7 electronic electricity meter by using RS458 communication interface and WinCC configuration software.The system adopts the working mode of series connection,realizes the real-time verification of data transmission through Mod-Bus-RTU gateway setting,and uses the WinCC host computer report to statistically analyze the electricity data.The electric energy on-line monitoring system provides necessary conditions for realizing scientific decisionmaking,optimizing enterprise management and rational utilization of energy.
