城市更新背景下历史街区道路景观改造的思路与研究

摘　　要：随着城市建设进入侧重存量发展、内涵式提升的转型阶段,城市老城区迫切需要存量更新、动能转换和价值再造,而历史街区承载着城市的文化发展,其价值得以重新赋能和发掘,成为城市更新的重要组成部分。文章以一元路改造项目为例,针对城市老街区公共空间缺乏、基础设施老化等问题,从“城市更新”理论出发,深入挖掘历史街区的文化价值,探讨历史街区改造的设计思路,研究项目实施过程中遇到的问题,以期为同类型项目提供借鉴。As urban construction enters a transformation stage that focuses on stock development and connotation enhancement,the old urban areas urgently need stock renewal,kinetic energy conversion and value reconstruction.The historic blocks carry the cultural development of the city,and their value can be re-empowered and excavated,becoming an important part of urban renewal.Taking the reconstruction project of Yiyuan Road as an example,aiming at the problems such as lack of public space and aging infrastructure in the old urban blocks,and starting from the theory of"urban renewal",this paper deeply explores the cultural value of historic blocks,discusses the design ideas of historic block reconstruction,and studies the problems encountered in the implementation of the project,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
