摘　　要：铁路口岸站是承担跨境运输的关键基础设施,除承担国际旅客、货物运输外,还需兼顾国内客货运功能。临清铁路及清水河铁路口岸站的规划建设,将形成中缅间路径最短的运输通道,通过衔接大临、楚临、沿边等铁路接入国家铁路网,直通我国经济体量巨大、贸易活跃频繁、能源需求庞大的中国西南经济腹地,对畅通互联互通国际大通道,加快云南建成面向南亚、东南亚辐射中心具有重要作用。The port railway station is a critical infrastructure for cross-border transportation.It supports domestic and international passenger and freight transportation.The Lincang-Qingshuihe Railway and Qingshuihe Port Railway Station will constitute the shortest transportation corridor between China and Myanmar.This railway will connect with Dali-Lincang Railway,Chuxiong-Lincang Railway and border railways to be part of the national railway network,directly leading to the economic hinterland of southwest China with huge economic volume,active trade activities and huge energy demand.
