摘 要:在浓缩洗涤剂配方中,因大部分非离子表面活性剂有凝胶区间、阴离子表面活性剂溶解度有限,常常面临配方稳定性的技术挑战。通过探究了两个特殊的直链醇烷氧基化物EcoSense EP2308和EP2325,与AEO-9和异构醇醚在浓缩洗涤剂中的应用对比,实验发现EP2308和EP2325可显著提升浓缩洗涤剂的皮脂去污力,改善配方低温稳定性。使用EP2325可提高配方中阴离子表面活性剂的占比,让配方设计更加具有灵活性。In concentrated detergent formulations,because most of the non-ionic surfactants have gel intervals and the anionic surfactants have limited solubility,the formulation stability is often faced with technical challenges.This paper explores two special straight chain alcohol alkoxylated compounds,EcoSense EP2308 and EP2325,and compares their applications with AEO-9 and isomeric alcohol ethers in concentrated detergents.The experiment found that EP2308 and EP2325 can significantly improve the sebum cleaning power of concentrated detergents and improve the low-temperature stability of the formula.EP2325 increases the content of anionic surfactants in formulations,allowing for greater flexibility in formulation design.
