摘　　要：2022年劣质油脂的产量约为563.7万吨,如果重回餐桌对人民健康和环境造成极大的危害。事实上,劣质油脂主要成分仍然是甘油三酯,是一种宝贵的油脂资源,通过提高其资源化利用和市场价值,不但可以有效阻止其非法流入餐桌,而且能够为社会创造巨大的经济价值。阐述了劣质油脂的概念、现状及资源化利用;本文介绍了生物柴油、脂肪酸、油脂基表面活性剂的概念、生产现状、市场规模及采用劣质油脂为原料的产业化优势。The production of low-quality oil in 2022 is approximately 5.637 million tons,and returning to the dining table poses great harm to people's health and the environment.In fact,the main component of inferior fats is still triglycerides,which is a valuable oil resource.By improving its resource utilization and market value,it can not only effectively prevent its illegal flow into the dining table,but also create huge economic value for society.This article elaborates on the concept,current situation,and resource utilization of inferior oils and fats.The concept,production status,market scale,and industrial advantages of using inferior oils as raw materials of biodiesel,fatty acids,and oil-based surfactants were emphasized.
