摘　　要：结合北京某别墅群项目,详述该项目所采用的地基处理组合设计及施工技术,处理后地基通过静力荷载试验检测,证明采用该技术可以满足结构设计要求,且创造了良好的经济效益和社会效益,同时为今后该地区类似地质条件的工程应用提供了参考。Combined with a villa group project in Beijing,this paper elaborates on the combined design and construction technology of foundation treatment adopted in the project.The treated foundation is tested by static load test,which proves that the technology can meet the structural design requirements well,and create good economic and social benefits.At the same time,it will provide good economic and social benefits for the future area.The engineering application of similar geological conditions has accumulated valuable experience.
