摘 要:为获取传爆药在冲击载荷作用下的细观损伤模式及本构模型,基于一级轻气炮装置,设计JH-14C传爆药多轴冲击损伤实验,获得了不同速度下应力历程曲线,并利用扫描电镜对回收试样进行细观形貌观测。基于黏弹性统计裂纹模型开发VUMAT子程序,代入到ABAQUS中对SHPB实验进行数值模拟,对照实验结果验证了模型以及参数的有效性,并进一步对多轴冲击试验进行数值模拟,分析不同速度下JH-14C损伤度。结果表明:多轴冲击下JH-14C内部损伤主要为穿晶断裂,JH-14C损伤度随着速度增大而变大。数值模拟与实验结果吻合较好,本构模型可较好描述在不同加载条件下传爆药的力学特性。In order to obtain the meso-damage model and constitutive model of the detonator under impact load,based on the first-level light gas gun,the multi-axis impact damage experiment of JH-14C was designed to obtainthe stress history curves at different velocities.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)was used to observe the microscopic morphology of the recovered samples.The results showed that the internal damage of JH-14C under multi-axial impact was mainly trans-granular fracture.The VUMAT was developed based on viscoelastic statistical crack model,and was inserted into ABAQUS to conduct numerical simulation of SHPB experiment.The validity of the model and parameters was verified by comparing the experimental results,and the multi-axis impact test was further simulated to analyze the damage degree of JH-14C at different speeds,and the damage degree of JH-14C increases with the increase of velocity.The numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experimental results,indicating that the constitutive model can describe the mechanical properties of the explosive under different loading conditions.
