硼对藜麦叶片营养成分的影响

摘  要:选用3个藜麦品种(晋藜1号、晋藜2号、晋藜3号),在拔节期进行叶面喷施0%(CK)、0.1%(B_(1))、0.2%(B_(2))、0.3%(B_(3))的硼酸溶液50 mL 2次,研究硼对藜麦叶片营养成分的影响。结果表明:藜麦不同生长阶段叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、维生素E含量不同,不同浓度硼对藜麦叶片这些成分有明显影响。随着硼浓度的增加,3种藜麦叶片可溶性蛋白含量逐渐增加,在B_(3)达到最高;成熟期3种藜麦叶片可溶性蛋白含量最高,B_(3)处理较CK分别增加49.28%、43.77%、17.35%。适宜浓度的硼可提高藜麦叶片可溶性糖含量,随着硼浓度的增加呈先增高后降低趋势,在B_(2)时最高;灌浆期3种藜麦叶片可溶性糖含量最高,B_(2)的可溶性糖含量较CK分别增加16.24%、38.18%、41.52%。施用硼肥后,3种藜麦叶片维生素E含量较不施硼处理均有所提高;孕穗期藜麦叶片维生素E含量最高,晋藜1号叶片维生素E含量最高时为B_(3)处理,较CK增长39%,晋藜2号、晋藜3号叶片维生素E含量最高时为B_(2)处理,分别较CK增加24%、37%。B_(1)、B_(2)、B_(3)处理藜麦叶片可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、维生素E含量均高于CK。实际生产中,选用0.3%的硼最为合适,根据需要选择不同生长期藜麦叶片。Three varieties of quinoa(Jinli 1,Jinli 2 and Jinli 3)were selected,and 50 mL of boric acid solution with 0%(CK),0.1%(B_(1)),0.2%(B_(2)),and 0.3%(B_(3))was sprayed twice on the leaves during the jointing stage to study the effect of boron on the nutritional composition of quinoa leaves.The results showed that the contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and Vitamin E were different in the experiment.The nutrients of quinoa were affected significantly with different boron concentrations.The soluble protein content of the three types of quinoa was increased gradually with the increasing of boron concentration,the highest point at B_(3) in the mature stage.The soluble protein content of the three types of quinoa at B_(3) was 49.28%,43.77%and 17.35%higher than that of CK,respectively.The soluble sugar content of quinoa increased within a certain boron concentration,it increased first and then decreased,and reached the highest level at B_(2) in the grouting period.The soluble sugar content of the three types of quinoa at B_(2) was 16.24%,38.18%and 41.52%higher than that of CK,respectively.The Vitamin E content of three types of quinoa increased with a suitable concentration of boron,which higher than that of the treatment without boron.The Vitamin E content was the highest in the booting stage.The Vitamin E content of Jinli No.1 at B_(3) was higher 39%than that of CK,and the vitamin E contents in Jinli No.2 and Jinli No.3 at B_(2) increased by 24%and 37%,respectively,compared with CK.The contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar and Vitamin E of quinoa treated with B_(1),B_(2) and B_(3) were higher than that of CK.In practice,0.3%borax was the best choice,and quinoa leaves were selected according to the needs of its nutrients.
