摘　　要：该文重点探讨超厚超长浮法玻璃切割和掰边的操作控制方法。论文对影响超厚浮法玻璃掰边质量的因素主要包括玻璃成形和退火质量以及切割和掰边工序中操作质量进行分析讨论,并结合多年实际生产经验,提出超厚超长玻璃切割质量问题的解决方案。This article focuses on exploring the operation control methods for cutting and edge snapping of ultra thick and ultra long float glass.The factors affecting the quality of edge snapping of ultra thick float glass mainly include glass forming and annealing quality,as well as the operation quality in cutting and edge snapping processes.Based on years of actual production experience,solutions to the quality problems of cutting ultra thick and ultra long glass are proposed.
