摘  要:蒸养工艺是干硬性混凝土路缘石制备过程中提高其生产效率的重要技术手段。蒸养工艺的优化对于提高干硬性混凝土路缘石的出窑抗压强度和综合性能至关重要。基于此,通过正交试验设计研究了蒸养工艺中不同静停时间、升温速率、恒温温度、恒温时间以及蒸养湿度对超低水灰比高成型压力条件制备的干硬性混凝土路缘石的出窑抗压强度、28 d抗压强度和吸水率的影响。结果表明,蒸养工艺中不同因素对路缘石出窑抗压强度、28 d抗压强度和吸水率影响程度的重要性不同,对于路缘石出窑抗压强度、28 d抗压强度和吸水率的主次影响因素也存在较大差异。通过对不同因素的重要性和均值、极差分析,根据干硬性混凝土路缘石生产和应用要求,提出了路缘石蒸养工艺的最佳条件为静停时间为4.5~6.5 h、升温速率为10℃/h、恒温时间9 h、恒温温度55℃、蒸养湿度85%~95%。The steam curing process is an important technical means to improve the production efficiency of stiff concrete curbs during the preparation process.The optimization of steam curing process is crucial for improving the compressive strength and comprehensive performance of stiff concrete curbs.Based on this,the influence of different static dwell time,heating rate,constant temperature,constant temperature time and steam curing humidity in steam curing process on the out of kiln compressive strength,28 day compressive strength and water absorption of stiff concrete curbs prepared under the conditions of ultra-low water cement ratio and high molding pressure were studied through orthogonal design of experiments.The results indicate that different factors in the steam curing process have different importance on influencing the compressive strength,28 d compressive strength,and water absorption rate of curb stones.There are also significant differences in the primary and secondary influencing factors of curb stone compressive strength,28d compressive strength,and water absorption rate.Through the analysis of the importance,mean,and range of different factors,and based on the production and application requirements of stiff concrete curbs,the optimal conditions for the steam curing process of curbstones are proposed as follows:the static curing time is 4.5~6.5 hours,the heating rate is 10℃/h,the constant temperature time is 9 hours,the constant temperature is 55℃,and the steam curing humidity is 85%~95%.
