摘  要:硫化氢甲烷重整技术是硫化氢利用新技术,它不仅能有效地减少硫化氢的危害,还可回收宝贵的氢、碳、硫资源,但是目前该技术的催化剂还存在着制备流程复杂和稳定性差的问题。以Al_(2)O_(3)为载体,分别通过原位法、共沉淀法和浸渍法负载活性组分氧化铁,进行BET、XRD和TPR表征,在常压、反应温度为800℃、H_(2)S和CH_(4)摩尔比为1/5、体积空速为20 000 h^(-1)的反应条件下,考察制备方法和负载量对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明反应140 min内三种制备方法得到的催化剂都表现了很好的稳定性,采用共沉淀法和浸渍法制备的催化剂具有比表面积大、结晶度高、氧物种更容易被还原的特点,在重整反应中表现出H2S转化率高的性能。Hydrogen sulfide methane reforming technology is a new technology for hydrogen sulfide utilization.It can not only effectively reduce the harm of hydrogen sulfide,but also recover valuable hydrogen,carbon and sulfur resources.However,the catalysts used in this technology have the problems of complex preparation process and poor stability.Al_(2)O_(3) was used as the carrier to load the active component iron oxide by in-situ method,coprecipitation method and impregnation method,and the catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD and TPR.Under the reaction conditions of atmospheric pressure,reaction temperature of 800℃,molar ratio of H_(2)S to CH_(4) of 1/5,and volume space velocity of 20000 h^(-1),the effect of preparation method and loading amount on the catalyst activity was investigated.The results showed that the catalysts prepared by the three methods showed good stability within 140 min reaction.The catalysts prepared by the coprecipitation method and the impregnation method had the characteristics of large specific surface area,high crystallinity and easier reduction of oxygen species,and showed high H2S conversion in the reforming reaction.
