摘  要:针对硝酸铀酰MVR蒸发系统分离器的精馏段304L不锈钢填料腐蚀向产品引入金属杂质的问题,利用AspenPlus模拟软件,确定分离器操作条件。通过计算优化确定分离器所需理论板数为19,回流比为0.072 6。同时得到了分离器内温度、压力和酸度的分布曲线,模拟结果表明第11板下方料液酸度超过0.3 mol/L。在99℃的高温条件下,对304L不锈钢的电化学腐蚀强烈。根据模拟结果选用不锈钢与陶瓷填料组合,减缓填料腐蚀。In view of the problem that metal impurities were introduced into the product due to the corrosion of 304L stainless steel packing in the rectification section of the separator of uranyl nitrate MVR evaporation system,using Aspen Plus simulation software,the operating conditions of the separator were determined.Through calculation and optimization,it was determined that the theoretical number of plates required for the separator was 19 and the reflux ratio was 0.0726.At the same time,the distribution curves of temperature,pressure and acidity in the separator were obtained.The simulation results showed that the acidity of the feed liquid below the 11th plate exceeded 0.3 mol·L^(-1).At the high temperature of 99℃,the electrochemical corrosion of 304L stainless steel was strong.According to the simulation results,the combination of stainless steel and ceramic filler was selected to slow down the corrosion of filler.
