摘　　要：本研究基于人工智能(AI)的重要异常结果管理系统,对比2020-2021年重要异常结果管理路径实施流程,评价我健康管理中心基于AI的健康体检重要异常结果管理路径实施前后筛查时限、工作效率的影响。使用AI优化重要异常结果管理路径,从而节约人力成本、缩短筛查时限,提升通知与随访工作效率,提高工作效率、效益及体检者满意度。Based on the important abnormal results management system of artificial intelligence(AI),this study compares the implementation process of the important abnormal results management path from 2020 to 2021,and evaluates the impact of the screening time limit and work efficiency before and after the implementation of the AI-based important abnormal results management path of health examination in our health management center.AI is used to optimize the management path of important abnormal results,so as to save labor costs,shorten the screening time limit,improve the efficiency of notification and follow-up work,and improve work efficiency,efficiency and satisfaction of physical examiners.
