摘 要:2型糖尿病和骨质疏松是主要的两个代谢性疾病,随着年龄的增长其发病率均呈逐渐增加的趋势。而糖尿病肾病是糖尿病最主要的微血管并发症之一,糖尿病肾病和骨质疏松的发生发展均与钙磷代谢密切相关。近年来,出现许多关于2型糖尿病肾病和骨质疏松共同发病机制的研究报道,成纤维细胞生长因子23(FGF23)/Klotho轴是热点之一,本文将对其在2型糖尿病肾病和骨质疏松中的作用进行阐述,以期为糖尿病肾病患者早期预防或干预治疗骨质疏松提供一个新的靶点。Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and osteoporosis are two major metabolic diseases.The incidence of both diseases increases with age.However,diabetic nephropathy is one of the major microvascular complications of diabetes,and the development of diabetic nephropathy and osteoporosis is closely related to calcium and phosphorus metabolism.In recent years,there have been many reports on the co-pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and osteoporosis.The fibroblast growth factor 23(FGF23)/Klotho axis is one of the hot spots,its role in type 2 diabetic nephropathy and osteoporosis will be discussed in this article in order to provide a new target for early prevention or intervention of osteoporosis in diabetic nephropathy patients.
