摘　　要：湿疹是由多种因素引起的以瘙痒及渗出为主的过敏性皮肤病,该病发病率高,易反复发作且发病年龄不限,给人们的日常生活带来了严重影响。西医对于该病以抗组胺药物联合激素治疗为主,但易复发,不良反应较大,难以治愈。中医药治疗湿疹历史悠久,安全性高,在缓解症状、减少复发、提高生活质量上具有明显优势。中医认为患体禀赋不足,脾失健运,肺卫不和,气血虚弱,加之风湿热邪外蕴肌肤,内外相合,导致湿疹的发生。该病以“祛湿”为治疗大法,通过辨证论治,整体调节,达到标本同治的效果。文章介绍王秀娟教授着眼于肺、脾两脏,通过补肺益气、健脾除湿治疗湿疹经验。基于“有诸内,必形于外”的思想,王秀娟教授认为湿疹的发生常与肺脾气虚,脾虚生湿,肺卫不固密切相关,治疗上注重从内治外,扶正固本,分消走泄,选用四君子汤合玉屏风散加减,通过加用“宣上,畅中,渗下”的药物给邪以出路,使湿邪从三焦而去,辨病与辨证相结合,随症加减,在临床上取得了较好的治疗效果。Eczema is an allergic skin disease caused by a variety of factors,which is mainly characterized by itching and exudation.The disease has a high incidence,and it is prone to recurrent attacks,and the age of onset is not limited,which has a serious impact on people’s daily life.Western medicine mainly treats the disease antihistamine drugs combined with hormone therapy,but it is easy to relapse,with large adverse reactions and difficult to cure.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of eczema has a long history and high safety.It has obvious advantages in relieving symptoms,reducing recurrence and improving quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the patients’body endowment is insufficient,the spleen is dysfunctional,the lung is not harmonious,the Qi(气)and blood are weak,and the wind,dampness and heat evil accumulates in the skin,and the internal and external combination leads to the occurrence of eczema.This disease is treated by“dispelling dampness”as the treatment method,and achieves the effect of simultaneous treatment of both the root causes and symptoms through syndrome differentiation and overall adjustment.This paper introduces Professor WANG Xiujuan’s experience in treating eczema by focusing on two organs of the lung and spleen,namely tonifying lung and replenishing Qi,and invigorating spleen and removing dampness.Based on the thought of“If there are forms within,there must be forms outside”,Professor WANG Xiujuan believes that the occurrence of eczema is often closely related to lung and spleen Qi deficiency,spleen deficiency and dampness,and that lung defensive Qi is not solid.In the treatment,attention should be paid to combining internal treatment and external treatment,strengthening the body resistance and consolidating the foundation,and eliminating and dispersing,and Sijunzi decoction(四君子汤)and Yupingfeng San(玉屏风散)are modified.By adding the drugs for“evaperating the upper Jiao(上焦),regulating the middle Jiao(中焦)and permeating the lower Jiao
