自拟祛疣方联合转移因子口服溶液治疗泛发性扁平疣32例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟祛疣方联合转移因子口服溶液内服治疗泛发性扁平疣的临床疗效。方法:将62例患者随机分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(32例),对照组内服转移因子口服溶液,外用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶。治疗组在对照组基础上加服自拟袪疣方;两组患者每2周复诊一次评价疗效,总疗程共8周。结果:治疗组除第2周疗效与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.5)外,其余各观察时期治疗组的疗效均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前症状积分差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),同组患者治疗后症状积分明显低于治疗前症状积分(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后症状积分明显低于对照组治疗后症状积分(P<0.05),且治疗组症状积分减少率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。研究发现,富含多糖、黄酮、生物碱等多种活性成分的中草药能起到抗炎、抑菌、抗肿瘤、调节免疫的作用,临床上筛选出具有这些有效成分的中草药组方内服,并根据患者中医证型随症加减,对由机体免疫功能下降引起的人乳头状瘤病毒感染能起到很好的治疗作用。结论:自拟祛疣方联合转移因子口服溶液治疗泛发性扁平疣具有较好的临床疗效,值得深入研究。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of self-designed Quyou formula(自拟袪疣方)combined with Transfer Factor Oral Solution in the treatment of generalized verruca plana.Methods:A total of 62 patients were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(32 cases).The control group was given Transfer Factor Oral Solution and external application of recombinant human interferonα-2b gel,and the treatment group took self-designed Quyou formula based on the treatment in the control group.The curative effect was evaluated every 2 weeks,the treatment course was for a total of 8 weeks.Results:The curative effect in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)except the second week(P>0.05).There was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The score in each group after treatment was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).The score in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of reduction in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in 2 groups.Studies had found that Chinese herbal medicines rich in polysaccharides,flavonoids,alkaloids and other active ingredients can play anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor and immunological functions.Clinically,Chinese herbal medicines with these effective ingredients were selected for oral administration,and according to the increase and decrease of patients’s TCM syndrome type,they can play a good role in the treatment of human papilloma virus infection caused by the decline of the body’s immune function.Conclusion:The self-designed Quyou formula combined with Transfer Factor Oral Solution has a good clinical effect in the treatment of generalized verruca plana,which is worthy of further study.
