摘　　要：介绍了超高强度钢生产中出现的问题并进行原因分析,通过优化超高强度钢制件设计,同时对模具设计制造及冲压生产的研究和实践,分析总结了此类模具的设计制造要点,为此类制件的模具设计和生产积累了宝贵的经验。Mainly introduce mainly introduces the problems in the production of UHSS and analyzes the reasons.Through optimizing the design of UHSS products,and through the research and practice of die design and manufacturing and stamping production,this paper analyzes and summarizes the design and manufacturing points of this kind of mold,and accumulates valuable experience for the die design and manufacturing of this kind of products.
