摘  要:为了解决机械设计制造及其自动化领域所面临的困境与可行的出路,分析了机械设计制造及其自动化中能耗高、自动化程度有限以及产品设计成本居高不下等问题。基于节能理念,与机械设计制造相结合,从设备设计、生产工艺和材料方面提出了相应的节能策略,并探讨了智能化技术和虚拟化技术的应用,以提升生产效率和资源利用效率。为机械设计制造及其自动化领域的可持续发展提供了指导和参考。In order to solve the difficulties and feasible solutions in the field of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation,this paper first analyzes the problems of high energy consumption,limited automation and high product design cost in mechanical design,manufacturing and automation.Then,based on the concept of energy saving,combined with mechanical design and manufacturing,the corresponding energy saving strategies are put forward from the aspects of equipment design,production process and materials,and the application of intelligent technology and virtualization technology is discussed to improve production efficiency and resource utilization efficiency.This study provides guidance and reference for the sustainable development of mechanical design,manufacturing and automation.
