摘　　要：概述了新型材料的种类和特点,并详细探讨了其在机械设计和制造中的应用。在机械设计方面,新型材料的应用涉及结构设计、材料选择与匹配、强度与刚度设计以及耐磨性与耐腐蚀性设计等方面。在机械制造方面,新型材料的应用涉及加工工艺、成型工艺、表面处理技术以及装配技术等方面。通过实例分析,可以看到新型材料在机械设计与制造中的应用效果,并提出存在的问题及改进措施。这对推动机械设计与制造领域的发展具有重要意义。This article provides an overview of the types and characteristics of new materials,and discusses in detail their applications in mechanical design and manufacturing.In mechanical design,the application of new materials involves structural design,material selection and matching,strength and stiffness design,as well as wear and corrosion resistance design.In the field of mechanical manufacturing,the application of new materials involves processing technology,forming technology,surface treatment technology,and assembly technology.Through example analysis,the application effect of new materials in mechanical design and manufacturing can be seen,and the existing problems and improvement measures are proposed.This is of great significance for promoting the development of mechanical design and manufacturing.
