摘　　要：数字化锅炉火焰监测系统的研究和应用分析对锅炉的安全运行至关重要。近年来,国内外研究人员越来越注重基于数字图像处理技术的锅炉火焰监测和诊断系统。通过对光学、计算机和图像处理等技术的研究,帮助运行人员直观地观察锅炉火焰,并根据实际情况进行燃烧调节控制。在锅炉启动和停止时,这些系统能够帮助判断点火是否成功,防止炉膛爆燃。The research and application analysis of digital boiler flame monitoring system is very important for the safe operation of boiler.In recent years,researchers at home and abroad pay more and more attention to boiler flame monitoring and diagnosis system based on digital image processing technology.Through the research of optics,computer and image processing technology,the author helps operators to observe the boiler flame intuitively and control the combustion regulation according to the actual situation.When the boiler is started and stopped,these systems can help judge the success of the ignition and prevent the furnace from bursting into flames.
